Soo I just put the motor in my car Sunday night and its running awesome! Haven't had any problems except for this, earlier today it was running fine so I decided to use my sct and throw my 93 octane tune on it, did that and drove around a bit them took the car home and washed it and what not went to leave about 2 1/2 hours later and now its missing. Its missing through out the whole rpm range except foe here and there when on throttle very light. And when I let off the gas it like bogs a little and starts to slow me down. Acting like sort of an engine brake. I have 2 dtc's but I don't think they have anything to do with it. Its throwing a p1000 monitor check not complete. And a p1260 theft det vehicle immob. That's what's coming up on my programmer. If anyone has an idea of what this could be please let me know. I also changed my the plenum/tv thinking there could be a problem with iac but it changed nothing
