Take out the trim and interior form the rear, un-bolt them. The hatch modle has about 9 or 10. Not sure about the coupe. Start in a corner and apply light pressure to get the butyl tape to start comming off, work your way around the window. It comes right off. Lloyds sells the tape for the re-install. Very cheap!!!

there are few nuts under interior trim.. take them out and they may just pull out(depends on if they were ever out before) if not use a peice of steel wire of something thin to tear the black goopy sealant. do it easy cause they will shatter easy if twisted too much

Not positive but i think the trim around it is screwed with flat nuts from inside and the trim holds the window in.
