    The route 22 to Altoona and back on 30 isn't too bad, I'm going to highly recomend getting off I99 at Rt164 and going up over Blue Knob like we did last year. On Rt22 we will have to behave but on 164 and 30 not so much.

    That wouldn't be a bad cruise. I'd still like to do a northern or southern swing. I drive the northern roads all the time.....Jefferson, Armstrong, Butler, Mercer, Crawford, Venango, etc, etc. So a southern swing would be more interesting to me.

    Sounds like a great time. How many miles ( roughly ) would this be? Curious as to how big of a hall pass I'd need...

    not sure if i could make it for the cruise up to the altoona area, but if you ever want to go around the ohiopyle area, just let me know... even if i can't go, i'd be more than willing to share some of the better rides through the mountains (usually ride the motorycles up the mountains atleast once or twice a month).
