I know the first generation CTS-V ( when they were only offered in a 400hp LS6 normally aspirated form ) were only offered with a 6-speed manual. Not sure about the new 556 horsepower version though.

2nd Gen catered more to middle aged cougars with sugar daddies to buy them a car they could drive.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

That is way too much car for a cougar... 550+ horses is beastly no matter how you slice it.

Nonsense, there is a SL63 AMG cruising around with arm candy at the controls. I was trying to get her to play the other day on Blvd of the Allies, but she didn't bite.

2nd gen CTS-V's came in manuals as well.

That car is beastly, but I would rather have a sedan or wagon.

Those new AMGs are pretty damn mean...and super classy.

But the CTS-V is still beastly...even if "artificially enhanced Barbie" is at the controls. And I wouldn't want her to jump on it if she is next to you...she'll probably go sideways and smash into you.

If I don't get a good feeling that a driver looking to race has somewhat of a clue as to how to drive, I don't mess with them...unless, of course, he seems like a real tool and needs to feel the wrath!!
