really? because I have a stack of slips with those times and mods. Must be the same guys who run 13's on gen 5 camaros with a cam in them :DShit 90% of the new 5.0 guys say they run 11's stock. Funny though, the exhaust/ tire guys never seem to run 11's when I'm at the track. They must sandbag when I'm there

Hey if you want to compare my worst pass with your best pass to make yourself feel like a big man that's your decision. Sad but whatever. i have no brand loyality so I can look at car A and car B and accept it for what it is. Can a GT with nothing but an x pipe and a set of dr's run 11's. Possible. Is the average guy going to do it on a repeatable basis. Nope. What i normally see is my stock Mustang runs XX (but it has, cai, tune, some suspension, stout gears, drag wheels, full exhaust, weight redux) So I take this "stock" Mustang times with a grain of salt. Goes the same for just tires, or just tires and axleback or whatever. I'm quite satisfied with my car running what it runs with the mods it has. There's plenty of cars just like it or more modded running around going 12.2-12.5 . You know what's really funny. One time I was running my slow camaro at the track, there was this guy with a 570 RWHP Shelby there on slicks and skinnies and he was having trouble running just barely into the 11's. Hell a GT with an X pipe and tires can beat that

My panties are just fine, im not getting butthurt. I enjoy a good shit talking. That's one of the main reasons i got rid of my Shelby. I know im in the minority but i just didnt like the gt500. Still prefer the terminator. Cant argue with the hp potential of the shelbys though
I agree with on the Shelby's....not a big fan. I'd rather have a terminator or a new 5.0 over a Shelby. The new '13 might be a different story though lol
