Pulled the trigger on a Terminator

Soooo.... I backed out of the deal on the 2004 Mystic at LA Motorcars... My gut told me it wasn't the right one.

In a random Autotrader searched I found this:































2004 Competition Orange. 1-owner, 19,000 miles. Basic bolt ons: 2.8 Pulley, Unknown CAI (Suggestions? Haven't researched yet) and a Borla cat back (Oval shape mufflers, Stingers? Dealer said its not much louder so I would assume the quiet Borlas, which will be for sale soon)

Only downfall I see here is the front plate bracket.

As for the CB, they're either stingers or XR1s. The stingers look like coffee cans (straight-thru) and the XR1s are full (I believe chambered) mufflers.

BTW...love those dark charcoal seats!

Thanks guys! I plan to put the pretty JLT thats painted on it... Doing more research on the "best" CAI of course.

Im guessing its the "Quiet" version because he said ti wasn't much louder then the stock ehaust

damn im jealous! haha jk, congrats on a great looking ride... ive been in the market for an 03/04 cobra for about 2 years but haven't jumped on anything because i'm trying to be picky. i want a c.o. coupe in the worst way, but haven't seen any that fit the bill for what i'm looking for. again congrats... if this is the 4th in your stable, whats the other 3???

Well my first was a 2005 Performance white GT, had a Saleen supercharger, modded it up and sold it. While stationed in Kuwait City, Kuwait, I had a 1997 Rio Red Export-model Cobra, Couldn't find the way to get it home so I ended up selling it there. Right now I have a 2008 Shelby GT500 and the Competition Orange Terminator will make my 4th Mustang as well as 4th Vehicle. :D

Ultimately though, I think I'm going to part ways with 2008 GT500... We'll see, I've been chasing a Terminator since 2003, so I figured I waited long enough!

Ill keep you in mind if I find a CO floating out there for sale, there was one on eBay up in Massachusetts about 3 weeks ago...of course it sold.
