when i had one and did a bunch of researching i never really heard any good reviews on the BD10 or BD11 head units.

still a decent deal for a starter blower

be a decent little toy...nothing serious for power with only 9psi....good for a stock motor

Powerdynes are junk. They break the internal drive belt and then you have to send it back to them. They will not sell any replacement parts.

I had a BD-10 on my Lightning, not a bad working blower, but it was tempermental... I sold it for 600 bucks

Well, you can get replacement parts readily for them. There is also a place (928 motorsports) that specializes in "hopping" them up to work better.. I have a powerdyne on my 04 F150 and it works fine.
They are not the best out there performance wise, but a good cheap starter blower setup for someone who wants something very easy to work with.

Cool, thats the first ive heard of someone having parts to fix them. I personaly would shop around for a used A or SC trim Vortech, they are 1900 new so your bound to find a deal on one sooner or later.

ive never seen them that cheap.... i want a V1 if i got the vortech.....
