You remove your stock shortblock and send it to them and for only $2000 they will make it 1000rwhp capable and ship it back to you. Its also recommended to upgrade the oil pump gears to billet ones and add arp rods & bolts. The cheapest blower setup you can get to get you the power you want is the vortech or paxton setup. 4k shipped to your door fromm Beefcake Racing.

Wolfpack i agree those wheels look way better than i thought they would. I had my set sitting at my house for like 4 months and was trying to sell them because i didn't think i would like them. Then i just decided to put them on the car and i couldn't be happier!
agreed, stock short block typically holds around 620 safely.

Thanks! If Nitto was a little more accurate with their OD on tire sizes it would look lower. Those tires are supposed to be 26.5 (or some shit) and they measure 25.5 OD. I can't remember the exact calculated OD but they are almost an inch short, it makes the back look tall especially. The weight of the blower helped the front sit down nicer.

Kona Blue. Yes there is metallic in it. They stopped this color after the tsunami wiped out the paint plant in Japan, I got one of the last ones ordered. I'm really happy I did.

Nice looking ride - are those the RTR rims?

What Kenne Bell is on there? What did it put down?
    It is a 2.8LC

Compliment taken! I honestly was looking for a tad more, but it was 91 degrees in the shop and I was told this is still a real conservative tune. I think on a cool day with a few hundred more rpm it could crack 700.

M6, it has a McLeod RST now. I admit though on 10psi stock motor (still ~600whp) the stock clutch was fine. It may have been on borrowed time but it worked fine on the street and I made like 10 passes on 18" radials with it. Looked good when I took it out too.

You won't get 700 to last on the stock motor, its powder metal rods and non forged pistons. I honestly think that with a solid tune and good fuel 600-620 would last awhile on the stock bottom end, even with parasitic losses of a blower.

    ^^^this^^^

And thanks again on the wheels. I bought them because they look close to RTR's but they are like 100 cheaper per wheel. I really do like them though.

Thanks again for all the kind words fellas!

I hear ya - just kidding there. I'd be the same way.

blackgt87 - Again - GORGEOUS car you have there! What does the McLeod RST feel like compared to the stocker? That's a twin disc setup, isn't it? Do you think there'd be a problem for a 5'0" wife to handle the pedal effort? Thanks.

You need a lower compression forged short block if you want to make that kind of power. The 11 and up cars are so nice Ed! I don't care for the manual trannmissions but the cars are great. Definitely having some issues with the 5.0 motors though...

Thanks dude! The RST has less pedal effort than the stock clutch, it is only like a 10 or 10.25 diaphragm compared to the stock 11". It seriously feels like a clutch in a civic or something. Yes it is a twin disc. Mine had nasty chatter when brand new, I've got about 500 miles on it now and its almost completely gone, comes back a little when the clutch is hot.

It makes the trans shift better and everything, totally worth it IMO. I also did a JPC stainless clutch line. Get an MGW and a good clutch and you will love the buttery smoove MT82.

Mine has a tiny bit of whine still lol
