You would think that for $150k the car and not the douche in the passenger seat would tell you what gear to be in.

Here's the view from the stang

This is why it's not worth racing anybody in a corvette. If you lose it's oh look the corvette got beat on ahahaha... And if you win well you were supposed to.

Looks like an even race due to the jump. That's a fast 5.0

Anything can be faster then anything with enough $.

Guess this is why 9 out of 10 vette owners simply give you a dirty look when you get up next to them in a stang?

No that's because 9/10 of them are old and are heading to a car cruise.

Looked at them when they came out and that's about what it would of cost to buy one. For that kind of money I'll buy something made in Italy instead.

Good thing you didn't buy one then. They're going for about half that now. You could probably still have two turbo 5.0's in the garage for the price of one ZR1 though.

Something made in Italy for $150k?

Difference is the ZR1 will go 200k with oil changes and gas.

The ZR1 is a sweet car, no doubt. But you have to hand it to that little 5.0. And the ZR1 was powershifting while the 5.0 wasn't...
