At the end of July they oiled and chipped a long road near me. Now they scrapped it all up and re-paved the road. WTF. They might as well send these guys out to dig holes and fill them back up.

They did that the past 2 years around ligonier, put way too much tar down and hardly and chips then a few days later they milled it all off and paved it!

Ever notice how no other cities have pothole problems??? PA uses shitty mixes of asphalt that deteriorate quickly so that they gotta be replaced sooner. I mean, at least it keeps people in jobs, right?

I love it when a water main breaks or a sewer is dug up and they quick patch it and never do a permanent resurface, that is awesome.
Detroit makes EVERY city look good.
My street is covered in patched holes. The neighbor had to spray paint 'FIX ME PLEASE" in orange marking paint in order for them to come fix the pot holes this summer. What a joke.

A few summers ago they screwed up the tar and chip on the road i live on and ton of people had tar splashing up on their cars/wheels. I still have some remnants of that in my winter rims. They then repaved i believe.
