I guess its all about personal likes. What body style and such that people are looking for. When I was shopping around about 3 years ago, I had a fairly decent budget to work with. Looked at a few 07 Roush 427Rs, Shelby GT's, Saleens and what not. Once I found an original owner Sonic Blue Terminator with 4,300 miles and 711 rwhp on pump I was hooked. I couldnt have found a better car with everything that was done to it. I also believe that there will always be somewhat of a demand for the Terminators. Hence why the prices are still fairly high for the years and performance level that they are on a stock level. Same thing with how I feel about Fox's. I love them and want another one pretty bad. After I get the 97 GT all done, I may do a trade or sale for a very clean fox.

I see it this way. I couldve went ad bout a brand new '11 5.0 and had a muscle car with a warranty, but I have set out to own a Terminator since I first saw one in October '02. U guess its about filling a want to own an 8 year old car built on an aging platform. God only only knows why i'd want the same payment as a new 5.0.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

Of course that is to be expected when you finally redesign a vehicle platform after 25 years.
    too late. Already sold.

Not really, alot guys seem to move up to a C6 vette that sell off their terminators. Some move up to a shelby and then some go to new 5.0's. But probably most are sold by young guys trying to buy a house!! Ive seen a number of guys that are selling shelbys to buy a terminator, there is a guy on SVTP right now that has a beautiful 08 Shelby looking to trade for a terminator, im thinking of contacting him!! The terminiators are still the most popular mustangs on SVTP. Just take a look at how many members our listed as viewing the differnt sections (i.e., fox, SN-95, s-197, shelby, an even the 2013 Shelby), the terminiator sections are usually 3 to 4 times as any other. The demand is still there and that is why the prices are staying steady on these cars!!

The demand is definitely there... It amazes me that they have held their value as well as they have going on 10 years now. Like others have stated, they have really never fallen off either. It seems prices on them have held steady now for the last 5-7 years.

the gt500s are the s197 platform, which I meant when I said s197. I havent seen too many going c6 route. I see the early gt500 yr owners selling for C6Z cars, but I am just going by the threads and ads I glance at.

    Wouldn't trade/sell my 03 for any GT500... (I wouldn't mind having a 13 though) I'd need a penis reduction to go the Z06 route so I'll just keep my 03
