Yeah, the rules...tighten the phucking rules considerably!!!
Just last week I was grocery shopping with my son. Well, this rather dark *ahem* tan fat bitch was infront of me at the checkout. Talking on her smart phone with the click them bitches do with those huge ass purple lips....she had over $200 in steaks and such in her cart. I was thinking BBQ at the sistas hizous. Nah, she pulled out the good ole ebt to pat and the cashier gave a stupid look....kinda like the one I had. Under my breath I muttered " ain't that some shit, must be nice". She musta heard me and turned and said something back. My rage had started increasing so I calmly bit my tongue. Then she said something else so I politely said "it must be real ****in nice, hope you enjoy the steaks that all us taxpayers just bought you. I'm also sure you will go outside and get in a big ass caddy too". Well, ad I caused a little ruckus in the store, everybody watched her leave. Yes, she got in a black tinted escalade with wheels on it.

Not really they ruled the law as a TAX, Roberts gave the republicans a tool to kill Obamacare. All (Tax) bills must originatein in the Congress (Article I, section 7) this bill ( Obamacare) now a tax demmed by the SCOTUS was started life in the Senate by Reed.
"For all these reasons, to say that the Individual Mandate merely imposes a tax is not to interpret the statute but to rewrite it. Judicial tax-writing is particularly troubling. Taxes have never been popular, see, e.g., Stamp Actof 1765, and in part for that reason, the Constitution requires tax increases to originate in the House of Representatives. See Art. I, §7, cl. 1. That is to say, they must originate in the legislative body most accountable to the people, where legislators must weigh the need for the tax against the terrible price they might pay at their next election, which is never more than two years off. The Federalist No. 58 “defend[ed] the decision to give the origination power to the House on the ground that the Chamber that is more accountable to the people should have the primary role in raising revenue.” United States v. Munoz-Flores, 495 U. S. 385, 395 (1990). We have no doubt that Congress knew precisely what it was doing when it rejected an earlier version of this legislation that imposed a tax instead of a requirement-with-penalty. See Affordable Health Care for America Act, H. R. 3962, 111th Cong., 1st Sess., §501 (2009); America’s Healthy Future Act of 2009, S. 1796, 111th Cong., 1st Sess., §1301. Imposing a tax through judicial legislation inverts the constitutional scheme, and places the power to tax in the branch of government least accountable to the citizenry."

got my W2 today. there's a big number in box 12c. code DD. on the back, it says, "this is the amount your employer paid for health insurance. it is NOT taxable. Obviously, it WILL be taxable next year. This will equate to $2,000 to $3,000 in extra federal taxes for me next year. I am def. in the middle class. What is happening here? The pres. did not LIE to us, did he ??? How on God's green earth did this bill pass the House and the Senate? How long is it going to take for hard-working true Americans to quit their full-time jobs, get a part-time job and free 0bamacare, just like everybody else? At that point, NOBODY will be paying INTO the system. Good Luck with your government, fvcking liberal retards !!!![]()

I have seen several cases of this already. People paying on average between $2k-3k MORE in taxes and getting what for it...NOTHING.
The sad part is...99.9% of the people facing this extra taxing is lower-middle class average americans working 40 hours a week, 5 days a week and cannot afford to lose out on $3,000 they've been receiving for the past decade.
So much for stimulating the economy using get rich quick schemes. Numerous families now cannot afford getting a newer vehicle and are stuck in their previous problem-infested current vehicles.
Go obama.

Yeah my wife has noticed she gets 200 more taking out of her pay now. I fuking hate that man. Hay Obama.... :flipoff:
The democrats have perfected the class warfare tactic in recent years, then you have the people who hear republican and instantly think of uterus's being ripped from women, Jesus freaks, rich old white guys....
Then you compound that issue with the fact that the republicans have lost their favor for the most part with guys like me (typical fiscal conservative but socially liberal blue collar male) because of their strange fascination to try to out democrat democrats....
And Obama wins. I voted for Romney, but I became so disgusted with the republican party I wrote in Ron Paul in '08. The republicans need to drop the religious bullshit and stop trying to promise everyone everything and get back to fighting to let us keep our money and extend the freedom talk to include not just 2A issues, but unpopular to neo-con social issues as well or the left will keep on taking this country to the brink of socialism.

I hate all of this. The Republicans need to change it up. Lay off of the gays and abortion. Bottom line, the US majority is Fiscally Conservative and Socially Moderate.
My run down:
Big government is not the solution, it’s the problem.
Gay rights, who cares. I get it changes what most think is correct but whatever.
Abortion, glad my mother didn’t have one.
If we want these CRAZY moon bat liberals to go back to their psycho civilian lives, we need to get correct viewed Conservative (guess libertarian) people in that damn white house. It is a ghetto scene right now. We now risk destroying everything we have built since 1776. These 8 years will and are historical destroyers.

Dear Mr. Xxxxxxx,
Thank you for contacting my office about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148). I appreciate hearing from you.
The President's health care plan, which was enacted last Congress, is fundamentally wrong in its approach to improving our nation's health care system. This law imposes onerous new mandates and regulations that will have numerous unintended consequences. It's bad for patients, it's bad for doctors, and it's bad for our economy. Additionally, it threatens to put serious strains on our nation's long term fiscal outlook.
Although the outcome of the recent elections makes our task more difficult, I will continue to support a full repeal of the President's health care plan. During the 112th Congress, I was an original co-sponsor the Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act. In addition, on February 2, 2011, I voted in support of an amendment offered by Senator McConnell (R-KY) that would have repealed the President' health care plan.
Additionally, I have worked to eliminate the worst elements of government-run health care. In April 2011, I helped successfully eliminate Obamacare's onerous expansion of tax information requirements that would have mandated small businesses to submit 1099 forms for routine business expenses like office supplies and shipping costs. Furthermore, I have cosponsored measures which repeal the medical device tax, abolish the Independent Payment Advisory Board, and protect the rights of conscience for consumers, doctors and employers.
As I continue working on this important issue, please be assured that I value your input and remain committed to working with my colleagues to fully repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Please do not hesitate to contact my office in the future.
Sincerely,
Pat Toomey
U.S. Senator, Pennsylvania
