Yup! I have a mortgage, no kids....however, I guess if I had kids I could contract them to work on my car. nope....paid for it all ourselves....i turned down a couple jobs with insurance....but at the cost of the insurance premiums/check we can pay the payments on our bill ourselves for cheaper....and they both wanted me to take a big pay cut.
wages in WV suck.
we got it all worked out....and once they paid off it will free up several hundred dollars/month of "play money"
edit - also i just got myself out of cc debt from my x. she maxed out 3 cards before we split....she only paid 1/2 of one. so i got fvcked there.....and that has been a big hold up for me.....but its finally gone. got all my student loans consolidated and thats saving me money now....my finances have been a wreck from the past....but steph and i finally got everything all worked out and rolling along nicely. Thank God for steph!
