i bought a gsxr1000 in virginia and pa kicked the title back saying i need to get a reconstruccted title for it and i was a clean title so im not sure whats going on with penn dot. i have no idea anymore.
come and get some!
I believe that Maryland does not recognize R-titles. So if u have an r-title here in pa and sell it to someone back in Maryland, it will go back to a clean title. That's what I always heard or known of.
