Sold ...

Mostly all stock with AC. Really nice Opal grey interior. No rust to speak of. Only 2 owners since new with 60K miles. Pony wheels with Michelins. Optima battery. It does have 3:73 (?) gears and speedo was never corrected, so actual mileage is lower. Also has older bolt on frame connectors, looks like underdrive pullies and underhood K&N air filter. Runs and drives great. Inspected until 8-13, probably 500 miles give or take since inspection. All VIN tags in place. Original window sticker and manuals go with the car. Newer headlights, I have the originals. Aftermarket radio that it took me forever how to turn it off (and haven't used it since), but I have the original Ford unit.

Emissions exempt. It does have an off road H pipe but I have the original with cats that goes with the car. New front pads and rotors, new rear wheel cylinders. Needs some tidying up: Door lock actuators need replaced, drivers side power window switches work when they want (most of the time they're okay), front bumper cover paint is delaminating, passenger door mirror has turned gray as has some of the other trim. Has some light damage to the right rocker and right lower door. AC was blowing not so cool last time I used it.

EDIT- Ashtray door needs the usual. Left 1/4 panel shows signs of paintwork above the moulding, but I finally got around to wet sanding this panel and don't see the reason. The paint is 20 years old .... Hurst shifter with round lever and black ball, have additional flat lever with white ball.

All in all a NICE adult owned car, but it's out of sight and out of mind at the moment in storage. So I'm tempted today to let it go for $5950 cash semi-firm. lol o dont you bring up the Cobra haha, right now looking for houses so some projects are on hold. I haven't got the 1997 GT back together yet either. Maui, heck after that election if I had the money I think id be going to Canada!

More photos .... Spare tire well is rust free, just some dust and debris. Took some close ups of shock towers also. My old floppy disc camera is only wanting to take a few photos at a time and then locks up. I'll add more photos over the next couple of weeks- if I don't change my mind about selling.

good to see my buddies old car still around ... he was the original owner from monaca ...sold it back in sept 2012, and the miles are correct . i was there when when bought new $12500 and some change in 93' mckracken ford wexford? you got a good one and for a good price i will say,,,, good luck with the car

Some updates.

I just bought a new digital camera to replace my old floppy disc type which finally gave out as I was taking the photos previously posted. Look for more photos showing more detail soon- as soon as I figure out how to work the camera.

As explained in a couple of PM responses:

.... Since my 89 year old mother has announced she has decided to quit driving I have the oportunity to acquire her 53K mi Camry for the family price. This I would be foolish to pass up. But then the dilemma of the extra car, so what to do, something has to go? As I just bought the coupe in August I hate to turn around and put her back up for sale, especially after looking for another coupe and finding a Reef Blue car. But I'm going with the flow .....

What I expect to get out of the car is certainly less than the asking price. I do need to break even on it though, otherwise it stays. I have a garage available to store it for the winter and it won't cost me anything.

Maybe someone will take advantage of the nice weather today and into the week and come take a look. I'm available pretty much anytime as I'm semi-retired to pasture. The phone number is in the first post.
