Anyone remember last year when Texas was having a vote to limit the searches the TSA could do at their airports due to the groping ? The Feds said they would prohibit any air traffic from leaving or entering the state if the law passed. Pretty much threatened a "no fly" zone.
This has been brewing for a while.
