Looking at a bike in Ohio with a rebuilt title. Will I be able to transfer and register it here in PA or will I have issues? Someone said that I might have to get it re-inspected to get a PA R title for it.

if it already has a rebuilt title, you should just be able to transfer the title with no issues. ive gotten a few cars with r titles from ohio with no problems but then again maybe they are more picky with vehicles with two wheelsOriginally Posted by NateSVT
