    I was on their site a couple days ago and it said under contruction. This is quite a change from then.......

    hopefully prices drop also instead of payin an arm n leg for racing

    Hopefully they decide to pave the entrance road so there is ZERO gravel on the premises.

    They do that and have a Friday or weekend T&T day then im game.

    If you were leasing property would you spend 75k on pavement to update it for the owners?

    Could work if the lessor charged the lessee a reduced rate for making the improvements, or if the improvements could count toward an eventual purchase of the premises.

    I wouldn't lease or purchase something that wasn't up to my standards to begin with or atleast have the ability to bring them up to acceptable standards.
