i will admit that the ls motors are good but thats about all gm has goin on for themselves..they have nothing else good going for them. my mommy in law had a 2010 cts and ended up getting rid of it with less then 30k cause the timing chains and other components were worn out. nothing but junk. if i paid 50+ for a new car and it was worn out within 30k, id run it through the damn showroom. now she has a new terrain and its about a pile too..

Funny, we bought a 2013 Ford Escape and it's been recalled 4 times so far. 3 for engine fires. Currently the car has sat at the dealer for the past 10 days while we drive a Hyundai Tucson rental.

Ive owned many gm products and i think 9/10 of them have caught fire and or left me sitting along the road..i know there is bad and good with every make/model but i have the worst luck with gm and a ford has never left me walking

Just because Motor Trend calls it the car of the year doesn't mean it's not junk. Heard about many problems with those model CTS's with the 3.6 as well as the Acadia and Terrain, some even from other members on here.

so your car has caught fire then or are you just complaining because it's in the shop? At least Ford is being proactive with the issue, unlike my wife's G8 GT that got lemoned and spent 100+ days in the shop for a terrible drive train vibration that GM couldn't figure out.

Sounds like you're just swinging GM's nuts hardcore and complaining just to complain, has yours actually caught fire? Or are you just complaining because other peoples have caught fire and theyre making sure yours doesnt, so that means theyre all junk... right?

Most certainly did, which is why it was bought back by GM. Her original G8 was grey, new one was white.

must be a bad one..my cousin has a brown crewcab 4x4 and hauls a boat to erie on a regular basis. not sure on the mileage when the boat is on the back but you dont even know its there. empty he averages 22/23. Fastest truck i have ever driven in 100% stock
