When I had my car at Dynospeed they said the best ones for stock are either the NGK TR55 or TR6 (trying to remember) copper core plugs, I cannot recall what the gap was set at, maybe .035? I will look at my sheet when I get home. My car is stock with just a catback and intake elbow.
Oil, I run Mobil1 5w-20 or 5w-30.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump
NGK TR-6 for almost every case. I ran 22# of boost and just closed the cap to .'034".

OK that is it, the TR55's were in the car, and they were swapped for TR6's.

ok it had the tr55ix plugs but they are a little pricey. as of now the car a steeda filter kit and a borla cb. im planning on a ported blower and 2.76 pulley hopefully over winter or sometime this spring. i read the 6s are good for a good amount of boost but wasnt sure on a stock car with stock boost. thanks for the input
I had TR6s when my car was stock, then intake + exhaust, then pullied, then ported, then KB @ 17lbs, and now ported with built motor.

If memory serves me correctly, I use TR55's on the NA 2V and 4V motors. For boosted applications I go 1 heat range colder, like many in this thread have suggested, TR6's....stock #4177. Napa has them and can get them, I'm sure there are others...I always have a couple sets at the shop. .030 - 035" is good for most applications, stock boost could even be a little bigger gap but it's really not necessary. They are affordable plugs and hold up well, even with high boost and tighter gaps.
