    What's a good midpipe?

I've been thinking about getting an H pipe lately for my 98 gt. Right now I'm debating between the bbk and the mac. Which one do you guys prefer? I also thought about an x pipe but idk how that would sound with my flowmaster catback.

The only h or x i'd stay away from is pacesetter, but thats just from personal exp.

I like the sound of an x with flows too. The H will give a more deep, hallow sound and the x a little more raspy.

I heard the pro chambers make more power. Is that true? Also, what do you guys think of the Summit or Jegs brand pipes?

I have a Magnaflow Catted X-pipe and I absolutely love it. A lot of people run pro-chambers and they are extremely nice. I know 3 or 4 people with prochambers and they love them. The prochamber is better than the BBK O/R X in my opinion..

BBK's x-pipe isn't a Tru-X x-pipe. Meaning that there are 4 pieces with a stamped piece of steel connecting those 4 pieces. Thats why I spent the money and bought my Magnaflow Tru-X.. Its expensive, but once you hear it, your in love with it (I have a video of it, plus other backing videos if you want to see any).

Mac's Prochamber flows just as much as a Tru-X, and it sounds great!

I have been thinking about the Magnaflow one too. I want a stainless piece as well, and Magnaflow one of the only ones that have it in Stainless

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

If you want to actually take a look at my car and listen to it your more than welcome to Dan. Just let me know this spring. I can post up some pics and a vid to of it. KBGT from UGH will vouch that it sounds awesome. He took the vid of it actually haha.. Let me dig up a few things and I'll post up the vid and some pics of the x-pipe as well.. If I had to do it over again I'd still pay the money for the MF. I love it, it sounds amazing and the quality is A+

Yeah definitely send over some Vids. I have the quiet Borla on the car with a stock mid pipe. It sounds good but I really wanna hear that mod motor sing.

I always like H pipes more, but I hate rasp. I think exhaust sound is a lot of personal opinion though. Some people like different stuff.

Give me a few minutes, I'm going through my videos and pictures now. I have what my car sounded like stock and then with the magnaflows on it. Plus I have one of me running it out on the interstate so you can hear it from inside the car, well some of it because the air noise starts to drown it out lol.. And then I have I believe one more from another POV.. Let me dig them up.. And I have two pics I believe of the x-pipe when it arrived at my house!

Here's mine with Pypes longtube headers, Pypes off road h-pipe first and then the h-pipe with Pypes hi flow cats added this past year, it also has a Magnaflow cat back! Both the h-pipe and cat back were bought off SCS used!
