During the change process it's possible to have some people going to different servers, ultimately losing whatever data or posts that happen during the crossover. Deleting your memory or cache can help prevent you from going to the wrong IP address but ultimately your ISP will update the IP address and your cache will expire. As far as I can tell, the migration is complete with very little recent data or posts lost.
