I dont understand what the issue with the wax was. He bought wax wholesale, melted it down, changed the color and sold it as his own correct? Isnt that what most retailers do? They buy a product that someone else makes, name it as their own and sell it for more money.

Look at harbor freight and Kobalt tools. All the sockets Kobalt has are Harbor Freight sockets renamed. They are made in the same place in Taiwan.
