Never heard of him... I know that there's a guy over at SVTP, Mikes96SVT, who has tinted a lot of them- look him up. Also, some have gone w/Cervinis...

Thanks for the info, but I actually just sent the lights out to this guy. I was kicking around the idea of converting to the 13 rear also. I decided to put that $2500 elsewhere.

He charged me 125 for my tails, its 25 for 2 side markers. His tinting goes from anywhere from extra light to extra dark. I went with light, I like the dark cherry look. I tinted lights before and after seeing just how much work and materials are involved...this is a fair price.

Call me crazy but I want my taillights to be as bright as possible. I want no excuse if some idiot hits me (see avatar). That said tinted taillight do look good, but I wouldn't run em.

I see where you're coming from, but honestly if you get them done lightly the light still shines through. At night you really can't tell the difference.

That looked good Scott. It's funny I've asked a few body shops if they could do this and they looked at me like I was crazy haha.

PJ and I had some sets done by a body shop in Youngwood(i think) that was Lous friend. He did a great job. All he did was tint clear coat and sprayed them. Came out great. I can't remember the name of the shop though and the drive was excessively far for me for something so simple.

It was probably volkers auto body. I'm sure he did a good job on the lights, but I wouldn't let that guy paint a pedal bike.
