    I've had good and bad experiences, this one is starting to piss me off. I shipped it back to him Friday, he's got tracking numbers and I basically front him a hundred bucks to send it. He ignored a text I sent him last night, glory of iPhone to iPhone it shows you someone read the text. At least have the decency to respond

    I sold my 98 cobra and turbo notch to two different people out of state on svtp. One was from tennesse and the other from texas. I only had a handfull of pics of the cobra and maybe 3 or 4 of the notch. I was amazed they sent a carrier out to pick them up and got cash before that even happened. They were both very pleased with the cars and I guess I was convincing over the phone but wow I don't think I could do that either...

    How did yours go? Happy with the condition? I think ebay would scare me even more than a forum.

    They were both "learning experiences" for sure. I bought my 04 Cavalier in 06 with 26k miles off eBay, and my only error was not securing the loan before I bought the car. Other than that I sent a truck down to get it in Cincinnati and never had a problem with the car.

    I bought my Cobra on SVTP in San Antonio and drove it back. About 800 miles away it blew a plug out of the head just outside of Memphis. I know this could have happened anywhere and you just never know, but i definitely should've had it checked before I bought it. Hindsight is 20/20 though and they have both turned out to be great cars.
