OK, here's the deal. The LX is mine, the GT is my son's (40thGT on the board). He wants to trade the GT in on a new F150 in the summer. Now I'm thinkin...man my LX is sweet, but I really dig the GT. So, maybe I sell the LX and buy the GT. Performance wise, they are equal (maybe a little edge to the LX). The GT is sexy...if I wasn't 57, it would be a chick magnet! It looks mostly stock, cept for the meats in the rear. LX, well you've seen the pic. However, the LX gets more looks at the cruises! Help!

That's what I figured. Heck - if Andy gets a 5.0 in his new F150 and tunes it, it'll be quicker than his GT!

    I'm still likin' the LX!

Let him sell the GT outright instead of a trade-in since they won't give him much for it. That way he can use that money towards an F150. Keep the LX, its harder and harder to find any fox bodies worth a crap. If your interested, you could probably buy an GT later on. Or find out what your sons trade-in is for the 04 GT, and if you have the funds available, offer him the money and just keep it. I'm sure you've already thought of that though lol.

The GT is nice, but like everyone said finding a NICE fox is hard to do....they are getting used up. the GT is much more replaceable right now and will be for quite awhile

agreed, keep the fox body. new edge GTs will be easy to come by for the next 10 or so years still in good condition. all of the nice foxes have been molested and/or their owners are not going to part with them...
