It can be done. 4r70w = aode just newer and better. v6 4r70w's have the same bolt pattern as pushrod v8 cars.Originally Posted by Joe15

ok.....i still dont know whats required to do the swap. i dont even have a core from my car to use if i have to swap things. probably just gonna try to find a aode and get it rebuilt
