Personally, I would keep looking but that's me. What are you using the truck for besides driving?

The 4.6 in there will be SLOW. The 5.4 is even a gutless motor for a truck. Also, IIRC those beds are very narrow.

It will be just driving and the occasional hauling of plants and small things. No towing.

I've driven a lot of F150's (worked @ the Auto Auction in college). The 4.6L platform was the one I was least impressed with. I really felt it struggle when I was driving it up the Summit. The power just wasn't there and I felt it was just lacking some balls to say the least.. The 5.4L was a little bit better. A lot of people dog those Triton motors, but I actually really liked the one I brought back from State College, PA. I drove it for a few hours, and it ran really good. Had some decent power to it. I also drove a 5.4L F150 and used to tow stuff for one of my other jobs during the summer, and it towed smaller trailers with ease.
Id say that 18k price tag is a little steep for that truck and I'd pass on it if I were you. I think there is a better deal out there. Valley Honda has a lot of jagoffs. I didn't like dealing with them when I worked at the Auction. They were quite, "different" towards us.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

Have they fixed their issues with the wheel bearings? I remember they were going bad every 20,000 miles :\
