Coolant tank burst

Just got these back from hydro dipping and powder coating....looked great.
Took my first ride all vitals were great and this happened out of nowhere.......

I started doing some research and this is apparently a common problem with the LFP coolant tanks....They expand and contract and the welds fail from fatigue. So I ordered a canton and its off to powder coating again! The mess under the hood is what pisses me off the most!! Im back to a plastic tank for the time being. Im sure the powder coating heating sped up the failure but it was bound to happen anyways...... all I can say is I was happy I was couple miles away from home.

That Sucks! I just installed my tanks the other day, and I have the same Hydrodip pattern as u! I have the Moroso rad. coolant tanks, hopefully mine will be ok. BTW, I did my valve covers, coil covers and radiator cover done in this patteren with Comp Orange lettering, came out really nice. Once I learn how to post pics I'll post them up.
