Bought one and was wondering if anyone else added one. Template and instructions look pretty straight forward but the reviews for the template were not that great. Any help would be great.

I've built them from scratch out of steel. Never installed one from a box but it can't be that hard.

No, not all Saleens came with scoops. From what I've read in 2000 it was a option. So if it wasn't purchased when the car was new it didn't have it when it went to Saleen, it wasn't part of it. I don't think putting it on will be difficult I was just looking for some additional info from someone who has done it. I guess I'll measure, measure, measure get the drill then measure again then drill :)

Yep I can't imagine it being that hard. Tape off the whole area where the scoop would go so you can mark off all your measurements.

the 2000 Mustang GTs did not come with hood scoops. I just had to measure and drill (a couple times I may add).
