Just happened to stumble across this site. I live in carnegie. Have an '89 GT. Just about perfect with zero rust anywhere. Underside looks like it did the day it was built aside for the motorsport headers and flowmasters.

As of now all it has done to it is motorsport headers, off-road pipe and 40 series flowmasters. New paint with the saleen wing and cobra svo hood. Pony wheels. Just got a set of Cobra wheels from a buddy of mine. Not the "R" 's but the other ones. Cant remember what year they are. I have the gears in my garage, just no time to instal right now. The 5-speed is starting to get a loose 2nd synchro. I'm pulling the motor out this winter for an extensive under hood make-over. Smoothing everything out. Re-building the motor into possibly a 331. Not quite sure yet on exactly what I wanna do with it. I first wanted a 347 then it changed to a 306 with a mild build, now I think my mind is set on the 331. I just need some feedback on what its going to be like street wise. I have some pics of it but I cant seem to figure out how to re-size them to fit the limit here. I'll get it later for you guys.
Now, how do get the image to show in the post rather in a link like that?

Thanks guys, thanks alot!! I put alot of time into making it look the way it does now. Bought it back in May, drove it dor a week then tore it apart. Wife was not too happy. She expected me to drive it for the summer then tear it down. Oh well. It had no rust, just a couple shopping cart dings throughout. Allittle block sanding and 5 coats of torreador red and its done. Hood looks like shit. Fiberglass...blah. Gotta spend more time on it this winter too.
Welcome
Good to have ya here!!
