Anyone out there that knows what there doing that does side work need my head pulled off an 03 cobra

Car is not running right bottom end was done a year ago compression on drivers side is 120 on first three cylinders the 150 on 4th
rest of cylinders are all 160 car makes a little noise sounds similar to a noise from a bad chain tensioner on an explorer common problem car does not overheat and drives ok still what do you think
