Electricians!!! Help!!

I'm pretty sure I have a problem in my panel and have kicked the main a couple times. This is after I had a new 100A main installed in March. I can hear a light "hum" coming from the panel so something is NOTright. I have all the major appliances off and just the circuits on to keep the fridge and freezer going. Tried calling my usual guy and can't get a hold of him.

I'm about 45 minutes east of Monroeville and 45 minutes west of Altoona. If anyone in that area is willing or able and is looking for a side job, shoot me a text. 724 840 71 four five

The feed wires to the panel may have worked loose.

Pull main line tighten all leads. If that doesn't help then pull one breaker at a time till it goes away.
