Anyone got a 99-04 Front Bumper Laying Around?

I need to see what the side mounting tabs look like. I lightly bumped another car this morning trying to merge onto the parkway, but it was just enough to break the bumper loose from the mounting tabs. It looks like it just glues on but I can't remember from when I had the bumper off. Also, if it's just glue, what would be recommended to re-attach it?

If someone could take some pics of one that have off the car I'd appreciate it!

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

Hmm... well the bumper is made of what, urethane? It looks like they hardly put any adhesive on it to begin with... I'll have to try and find an epoxy.

Found a pic from a listing on eBay.

Looks like there are three tabs that are riveted. I will need to get these tabs glued back to the bumper... Guessing I will just need rig it so that I can clamp the bracket in place, then get some kind of glue...

Guess all I needed to go was Google the shit... Took about 10 minutes to find a 3M flexible plastic repair kit for the tabs and backside meshing for the tab that broke off at the corner...

if you're using the automix stuff, i have a gun if you need it,
even tho 3m bought out duramix and discontinued the brand, the older Duramix gun won't work. FYI

Hardly noticeable on my car save for the broken tabs and nothing on her shit Cavalier. Just was a shitty unavoidable situation. Don't worry she made a claim against me though...:

Not really TOO concerned because the bumpers already been fixed once, just a pain in the ass to pull it back off and have to fix it again haha. Oh well!

So who was at fault. If she is filling a claim against you then that can't be good. My insurance went up when I slit on ice, I've never hit anyone.

I was at fault because I hit her. I can't really imagine what an adjuster will find damaged on her car so maybe they'll just tell her to stop wasting time?? I bumper her at... 3mph? Sucks because she's telling me she doesn't want to screw me and she'd call me before filing a claim as I offered to either detail the car or have it detailed, then later in the afternoon I got a callfrom her insurance co.

That sucks man. I'm about to file a Pay Pal claim myself against a guy. It's really the last thing I need right now. I do t have time to deal with it. I'm sure you don't want to deal with insurance calling you everyday ether.

Yeah I called them for a statement and then State Farm (my company) called me today. Hopefully I'm out of it from there and let the insurance companies deal with it. I was also informed the other driver claimed injuries from the accident. You check out the pictures and try and figure that one out... Some people these days.

In the grand scheme of things, small potatoes compared to the more important things in life.

Ha no idea, State Farm just called me today to schedule coming out to take pictures of my car and the "damage." I wish there was some kind of penalty to pay for a false claim, as in zero damage and overall wasting time. I accept responsibility for running into her, but she's really trying to make something out of nothing. They said if it's under $1400 in damage my rates won't go up.

Thanks for the heads up, I found the information I needed. Probably will just wait until it's in the garage for winter to pull it back apart and get the bumper re-done... again.

For the other person's vehicle?? I'm not filing a claim on my car. I can buy an OEM bumper and have it painted for less than my deductible...
