    96 gt

    Hello,

I am selling a 1996 Mustang Gt, with a 5 speed. There is currently 107K. Has been garage kept and driven only in the summer. I have done a lot of work to it and needs to be seen to be appreciated. I have owned it since 1998. It has a clean title and no accidents

The short block is from a 2003 Mach 1, the heads are from a 2003 mustang gt and cams are comp cam 268. The cams are timed within a half of degree or each other, has a high flow oil pump and extra cooling loop at the rear of the heads. The compression is 13:1 and runs great on 93. It has BBK full length ceramic headers, custom catted h pipe and Flowmaster exhaust tucked up as high as possible against the bottom of the car without rattling.

Some of the other highlights are:
    Aluminum flywheel
    HD clutch
    Aluminum drive shaft
    3.73 gear
    F-150 limited slip
    31 spline axles

    Maximum Motorsports suspension parts:
    offset front control arms
bilstein struts with 350lb springs (425lb springs in a box)
    caster camber plates
    upgraded steering rack
    hd tie rods
    aluminum rack bushings
    hd steering rack shaft
    full length subframe connectors
Adjustable height rear lower control arms
bilstein shocks, grooved for coil overs
    175 lb rear springs
    Panhard bar

Basically missing two parts for a full on road race suspension: a tubular k member and torque arm.

Wheels are Saleen replicas 18 x 9 with pretty worn 265/35/18 bfg kdw2. I have (2) new 285/35/18 nitto 555 that would be a good rear tire. Brakes are 13" in the front and 12" in the rear from a 01 bullitt mustang

Was referred to this website by a guy who bought the stock wheels off me earlier this week. Looking to get $5500 and am located in plum.

If you don't mind me asking, why are you selling it? GLWS also.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am more interested now in riding bikes with the kids and working on the house. Proceeds of the sale are going to updating our kitchen. It has been mostly used as a storage location and I much rather see it running around than sitting in my garage.

I tuned it with delta force tuning software, driving back and forth to work on 28. A/F was dialed in to 14-1. No documented dyno numbers, but it is a easily a 300rwhp motor. Had no desire to dyno it, since it would of lead to more modifications... So no where near the three cars you have listed in your sig.
