promotion performance T-5 transmission

Well have had just about enough with this tranny, 3 yrs old 4500 street miles at most and replaced main shaft 2nd summer and today 3rd started howling on drive home. Promotion rates trans for 600 and 600 in 3400 lb car, I make 550 at wheels and weigh @ 3800, no slicks, no power shifting, never been to track. I have almost 3000 in this set-up and PMP basically told me tough sh*t with the main shaft so can just imagine what they will say now. Going with a TKO so if anyone is interest in a 600+ horse trans as PMP claims I will make you a hell of a deal.

Maybe you need to beat on it more. Seriously though, that really blows to spend all that cash and still have problems.

Yea it kind of makes you made that you spend the cash to do it right and then have issues. Was told about promotion problems only after ordering it and thought others just had bad luck, guess I was wrong.

What gearing does it have? If it has an .83ish fifth I may be interested.
