Since its going to be in the 90 are we aloud to set up small tents on the golf course?

It's gonna be a late night for me getting ready. I got a new Mach 1 chin spoiler and brushed rad cover coming from LMR today. Gotta work 13 hour shift tomorrow which blows, I'd rather be doing final touch ups on the car.

I'm 99.9% sure its a weekend registration, so if you registered for one day you'll be registered for both.

Small pop-tents in the spectator areas just adjacent to the race track are prohibited because they block everybody elses' view.

You might get away with putting one up along the edge of the car show area, but there will be a number of BIG tents there already, plus a decent number of trees.

Lastly, if we get a gust of wind you might not want to be responsible for a tent that turns into a kite. So, IMHO you could certainly bring it and you may or may not be able to use it depending on how flexible you are and how predictable the weather seems.

No tents on the Mustang showfield. Cars will be parked a safe distance from each other, but there will not be room to set up tents next to or behind cars. There will be a large tent provided for participants to enjoy some shade, and there is a treeline at the top of the field where you are welcome to put your chairs and whatnot. With 300 Mustangs pre-registered, space is really at a premium.

Definitely wear your sunscreen and stay hydrated or Mother Nature will kick your butt!

Barry - your ( and everyone else's ) registration is good for both days!!

    Keep the questions coming folks!

Awesome, can't wait. Me and my dad have gone almost every year since about 1995. Gonna be cool to actually be in the show.

There are no awards at the PVGP - just an amazing group of car shows with over 1500 cars in all, plus amazing vintage racing through Schenley Park. It is also very cool to walk thru the pit area and check out the cars and talk to the drivers. I hope I have time to meet all of you folks and catch up a bit with the rest of you. Lets hope for good weather on Saturday!! Sunday's weather is looking good.

I'm bringing the '14. Haven't had time to tinker with the '66 this year. 90 degree days aren't so bad when you have A/C!!

I don't blame you at all. Today was a rough one, no A/C in my truck.

We had about 280 Mustangs today. The morning rain scared some people off, as we had 300 cars pre-registered and about 50 drive-up registrations. Sounds like a large number of the folks are coming back Sunday, and I assume the 100 or so folks who registered but didn't show today will come tomorrow, as the forecast looks great.

All the profits go to our charities - the Allegheny Valley School ( for people with autism ) and the Pittsburgh Autism Society. They are 2 great organizations run by fantastic people.
