I have been having a pretty lousy season this year, between being out of town a lot and the car failing at the major events it's not been a fun race season.

Back at the MIR event the car ran exceptional in testing, new bests Friday and was ready to rock. Blew up the transmission on the first test hit Saturday morning.

Wifey was scanning the Race Pages coverage of the MIR event and sent me this ... Good to get a mention even if it was for failing :D

Congrats.....proof is in black and white that people covering NMRA events know that you are a two time winner in 12...not very many people can claim that.

I would of been thrilled with that for any season except my buddy Ryan had to go and win FOUR last year. Makes me look like a slacker :D

I hear you Chuck. This season I'm paying for last years "good luck". It's mostly compounded by not getting laps when I need to, been out of town 3-4 weeks at a time, then expect to get the thing out and expect to race. Worse yet, when I'm out of town I'm not able to even drive here, let alone make a hit in anger ;) Feels like I'm in a constant state of "rusty" and the car never feels sorted.
