Buddy was going to buy it and backed out last minute. Just put an offer in on a house and want to sell immediately. PM if you are interested and actually able to buy now, not if you like it and might be interested if I still have it in a month.
$22k FIRM.
2004 Competition Orange Convertible - 1 of 72
Bought brand new in Feb 2005.
Always garage kept.
40,000 miles
The car runs awesome. It looks like a drag car but is 98% driven on the street. I've only taken it to a test and tune once per year for the last few years. Last year it ran a 10.89 @ 127 which is the fastest time for an Eaton 6 speed vert. 2nd fastest Eaton vert. I do not have any dyno numbers on this setup. It's running an Amazon tune. It made 498rwhp 456rwtq before the built motor, cams, lower pulley, plenum, throttle body, longtubes.
The car looks awesome but is not 100% perfect. I will make a walkaround video of the car showing all of the problems. Nothing serious, never been wrecked, never been in a body shop for any reason.
Here's a list of the small issues - these are the reason I'm selling the car for my price instead of $27,000.
- Paint damaged on inside of rear fender lips from tires rubbing before fenders were rolled.
- Bumper exhaust cut outs had crappy fitting Mac exhaust rub them and melt them a little bit. Not very noticeable at all especially when I had nice 4" rolled Borla tips.
- Passenger side side skirt has light scratches.
- Passenger side quarter has small ding under the gas tank. Been like this for 4 years and no once notices. If you look hard in the pics you can see it.
- Car was parked in driveway and high winds caused our pergola to collapse. A part of it hit the driver side front fender and put a little ding and scratch in it. I touched it up and it is not very noticeable.
- One of the fog lights doesn't come on, no matter which bulb. Should be an easy fix, maybe a bad socket? Haven't had time to figure out why. A brand new HID fog set comes with the car.
- One of the studs on the rear is stripped.
- Does not come with a catback.
Mods - might be forgetting some things. I'll update tonight.
