New unmarked PA State Police Taurus patrolling turnpike

Wow... this was subtle!

I saw a new Ford Interceptor (think Taurus) unmarked police car running radar on the side of the PA Turnpike. While I think anybody on this board can probably spot a Crown Vic around 3 corners and behind 2 bushes, the Taurus really blended in.

Beware if you see one on the side of the road!

I've seen several marked Tauri in the trooper's fleet so I figured it was just a matter of time.

There's an undercover red one that patrols north 79. Saw him pull a guy over about three months ago near McKnight.

There's a dark grey unmarked Taurus out of the Beaver County barracks... i see him having people pulled over just past the Monaca exit all the time...

The gbg barracks has a few I always see a sharp silver one around ligonier/latrobe

WV is also getting these cars. Lots of them around now. From what I've been told they are basically the SHO.

I've seen this one too. Slow down any place that they can hide. Bridges. Overpasses. Treed areas. Etc..

I've seen them all over the place from Indiana to Erie.....marked and unmarked.

Tauri! My buddy used to work for Dodge and we always had a chuckle of a lot full of Cirri hehe. Tauruseseses. Almost got nabbed twice in 5 minutes on the PA turnpike where that new section connects to the old section heading towards Ohio. It's right around the corner after you yield, then the next one is just up from that. Luckily I had a line of cars behind me and they both got the caboose.

Yeah, seeing those all over. Look pretty menacing in unmarked guise.

North Versailles has like an '02 freaking Suburban I see pulling people over all the time. Shocked people even pull over for that thing.

They are everywhere in wv ... Not all of those "interceptors" are SHO some have the ecoboost 4 cylinder in them.

My favorite is the nnbs chevy truck with full pappycap and white PVC pipe on top ALA "plumbing truck" that i saw on the parkway near the stadium with someone pulled over. Pretty sneaky, so low key who would ever even look at that one twice. LOL i guess theyll start using school busses and hearses "to protect the public" not the generate revenue

There is a light blue one that lurks on RT.22 out around New Alexandria. Sucker was out in open and it didn't even register as a police car when I saw it. Think it replaced that blue unmarked Vic.

I think the "Interceptors" (Ford's word, not mine) are either 3.7 V6s or the 3.5 Ecoboost. I'm told even the 3.7s run pretty good... the Ecoboosts would make for one of Fords quickest police cars ever.
