I'm planning to run with the UMTR on Saturday, looks like a pretty loaded schedule all day and into the evening anyway.

I think it should be pretty good. Trying to recall who all was there last year... the Kilraines ('69 Cougar and '67 Fairlane wagon), Jim Boburka in his '69 Camaro, Merle Eschman in his '69 Camaro, AH "Hemi" Adkins '69 AMX, Wes Leopold, Jim Evanuik, and a bunch more. I think since this is a 2 race event for them, there should be a good car count. Plus the Nostalgia Super Stock is really cool. The UMTR/Pro Stick guys really get after it, dropping the clutch like 70-80 versions of Ed. The nostalgia funny cars and Southern Slingshots put on a good show, and it's nice seeing funny cars that you can easily identify what kind of car it is, as well as seeing variety. My buddy Lou Greco and his band TrainWreck play after racing Saturday. Should be an awesome weekend.
