    A Job

...anywhere in the $70K-$100K range. Don't want to be too picky.

Of course! The problem is my specialty (bomb disposal) and Pittsburgh. As much as I love it, the job market isn't what it could be. The other problem is that I'll never be satisfied behind a desk, and of the 3 PA bomb squads (State, County and City Police), only County has any appeal left to me. No big demolition companies here, almost impossible to get in the fireworks buisness here (they tend to keep it in the family). DynCorps answered, and with a little luck I'll pick up a contract assignment shortly and take a little trip back over to the mideast. The world being what it is now, independent contractors will never go out of style.

Ah! I see. I can only help with office jobs and house painting! lol. I hung out with some BOMB squad people in Ft. Lauderdale last time I was there.

Yeah, I know. Unfortunately I hate DC so bad, that it is the basis for which I compare everything else that I hate. Just signed up for 6 different contracted positions with DynCorps. Almost too good to be true, so I'll see what I see.
