    Non-car related winter projects??

Since that time of year is coming when the fair weather toys get put up for a couple months, it always happens that folks around here get a bit testy! ;) Just curious what winter projects may be going on in your garage that are not car related and may occupy your time...pics are a bonus! I am overhauing the wedge and carrier design on my homemade log splitter. This won't take all winter for sure but after this is done I'll figure out something else to do next. Will try to get some pics today.

I am planning to build a nice set of cornhole boards for at the house for parties and such. I will also have to take pictures of the scale size Las Vegas sign I made a few years back and my fiancee's cedar chest for her horse gear.

Edit: This will take place in the house as my garage has enough space for my car, my tools, detailing stuff and little more.

Basically the motorcycle is going to take up my attention this winter. I don't plan on even touching the damn Mustang.

Both of my toys are running and running well so this is sthe first winter that I won't be wrenching on one of them. So I figured other folks will have winter projects to share.

My winter projects are typically evryone elses winter projects. Tend to be busy making parts look new or differant for everyone else. It gets busy particularly with bike parts to coat.

I am going to try and redo my basement this year and maybe add a bathroom.

I just got done putting all new leaf spring bushings in the 18' tilt deck H&H trailer. Also went over the wheel bearings and brakes. She's ready for inspection now. My next project is to build land plane for the Kubota. They look something like this.....but mine will be a bit more robust and include a removeable scarifier blade.

Threw together a bird feeder for the wifey but it's a little too hefty to hang. Prob will make a smaller one.

I've just been socked inside feeding the woodburner as needed.

We did get goats back in December and they have been a neat experiment. Not getting any work done in the tractor attachments I've wanted to build. Did some minor rewiring in the attached garage. Been a slow winter as far as getting projects done so far.

Almost done with the kitchen. I'm ready to just relax already....Hung the cabinets and then did our countertops. She updated the blinds and the extra slats worked well for forming around the sink! lol. I just did a textured look on top. She likes it so it works for me.
