North American International Auto Show, anyone going?

From what I hear there are no plans for a ZR1 anytime in the near future.

620hp and 650tq in a car that should weigh 3300-3400 lbs or so will be an absolute rocketship! Car should run mid 10's bone stock and eclipse 9's with just drag radials. This is all speculation at this point but id say there is a fair chance of all of this happening.

I know this is a ways down the road but once the Z06 is in its second year of production (2016) then I will be a buyer as long as the price hits where im hoping ($85-90K) much more than that and I wont be a player on that car....just a dreamer....lol

Im heading up Friday (17th) and staying, going to the show all day Saturday (18th) and then driving back Saturday night.

The slightly new styles Recaros are very nice, but the cloth ones were even cooler! The performance packages gets the black 19's which are staggered 255 front and 275 rear. Slightly upgraded 15' rotors with 6 piston brembos. Some of this you all may have heard is that the new 5.0 will be using some boss parts, however one of the Ford's spokesperson i talked to said "the 15 GT should perform as well, or better than the outgoing Boss."

Also, without even asking he did go and say "2015 is the unavailing while with this whole new platform, 2016 will see something special. A special edition such as a Mach 1, Bullitt, GT350, stay tuned."
