Yeah I had it posted for sale on svtperformace. Several members from hear have seen the car in person over the years at different places I would take it.

It will be alittle sad to see it go, But nice to see it going to another member that will drive and enjoy it. Last year I only put 66 miles on the car. Only put 8,000 on it since I bought it in 2008

Car is still for sale. He came to look at it. Said he is buying it. Never came back with money or to pick up the car. Now cant even get ahold of him.

This happens to me all the time. I won't even let them drive it till I see a check or cash. Too many dreamers out there.

He didnt drive it.. He sat in it. looked it all over.. told me we got a deal im buying it.. Said in this thread he is buying it. Has been picking the car up now for 11 days I believe. I understand people get busy, And have tried to work with him. But this is out of hand now, And he wont even return texts.

What happened to the days when a person shaked your hand and said deal that it ment something... Thats what pisses me off the most.

Im pissed. Call me old school but when I give my word it means something. Dont wanna buy the car fine just say hey found something else. Dont D@#k me around for weeks on end about it. Beginning to think that the other guy he had a deal with didnt back out and sell the car, Im thinking he was givin the same run around and said F it.

Whole story.. 3 weeks ago he says still looking for a cobra. I PM him. We talk on the phone. I send him pics, vids, the works. He wants the car and says unless he sees it and its not want he thinks he is buying it.

He calls or texts each day. Says the bank is messin around with his money. But it will be takin care of. Day he is supposed to come up with the truck and trailor the bank is still messin with him. But want to come up anyways and look at the car.

He comes up that day. Looks it over, shakes me hand and says deal for sure.. That its his car, And he will be back within a day or two to pick it up. He then posts pics of my car in this thread, And says that its his car and is buying it. I believe that was 11 days ago.

He was supposed to come up several days now and still get the car and bring money, Since no money was givin. 0 dollars. He was supposed to text yesterday around 12 to make arrangments to finally make it up. No text no call.. no response to mine. Today just the same.

Mike if you see this can you take out his parts where he says he is buying my car. And the pic he posted of it. It is not his car. Its my car. I seen no money from him at all. And at this point im done dealing with him. It wont be his car no matter if he has the money or not.

Sounds like a bit of a misunderstanding, but that could have been avoided with even a small deposit. I hope things work out for you fellas.

I cant even deal with this right now. There has been so many times the car was gonna be picked up and wasnt. Im gonna be busy friday through sunday and need some time to think about things.

If guy wanted it he would have left you a $1000 deposit . In my opinion if you do not need to sell it tell him to pound sand and move on . Your cobra is a wanted car and it will sell fast on forums . Don't sweat it. Not worth the bs.

I agree, after the hassle I wouldn't sell it to him. Its common knowledge that when going to buy a car you take at-least 500-1000 bucks with you to give for a deposit in-case you decide you want to buy it.

I'm with everyone on this. I didn't give a deposit on my Mustang when I bought it though so I'm guilty of that. I told him I'd run to an atm to get some money to put down but he said just being the money on Monday (this was Saturday). So I brought him a full certified check on that Monday lol. I don't get why people can't keep their word. I even had a hiccup at the bank like this guy said he is having but I got mine worked out in an hour. Not three weeks lol. Also if his phone is his life line how the hell did he lose it. I just find some of these things fishy. Computers are 200.00. I use my phone for a lot of stuff but come on. It's so much easier to use a computer that a phone for a lot of stuff. He doesn't have access to any computers anywhere? Just a really odd set of statements. Keep the car. Someone will buy it without the hassle man.

I wouldn't give a deposit, you never know what can happen and once it's gone it's gone. I flew to Texas for mine on my word. Man up and buy the car or don't, no peddling around.
