1.5" Drop ok with sn95 rear in a fox.

1.5" Drop ok with sn95 rear in a fox. Setup is 5 lug swap with 94 spindles pbr calipers. In the rear I used the sn95 axles and all other sn95 parts except the e-brake cables(used 1993 cobra ones). Sn95 master and stock booster. Using 17x8 bullitt wheels and 245/45/17 tires all the way around. Stops great now but the 4x4 look has to go. Didn't notice it much with the pony wheels but now with the bullitts it has to be lowered alittle. I Want to do a 1" to
1.5" you think this will all work out.

    Man that's a pretty LX!!

Other than different offset rear wheels, there are also disc kits that restore the Fox rear track so you can keep your current wheels. I don't think you can lower it as is without rear fender rubbing.

Does a straight edge vertical on the tire contact the outer wheelwell lip? If so, you could either roll the lip under or use a cutoff wheel. If it doesnt hit the lip, lower away. Be sure to check inner clearances.

I used fox length axles and north racecar brackets when I did my swap. It kept my 10.5 wheels tucked in enough not too rub.

After doing some looking I think I will be ok with no fender roll with my current size tire. I will keep everyone posted. Gonna order the springs and cc plates this week

After looking closer 1-1.5 might work because you have a lot of gap there.

I did the SN95 four wheel disc swap. I was going to tell you if you use the 17"x8" wide wheels you should be OK. I have 17"x9" wide Cobra Rs they will rub. I am
    rolling my quarters this spring.
