WTB: Old 5.0 H.O engine/car and T-5

My brother has 167,000 mile '84 GT convertible and it needs an engine that's a little less worn out.

Come to think of it, it probably needs a T-5 that's got some life left in it too.

Ideally, I'd like a carbed set up out of an 83-85. Bone stock is fine. The '84 is just a gentle family cruiser.

I'd consider a fuelie engine too.

A rusty/wrecked hulk is fine. I happy to bring my engine hoist or car trailer to fetch it.

His birthday is coming up... he'll be 5-0... so it only seems right to get him a 5.0.

Thank you! That one is tempting but I'm hoping to get one with all the front end stuff stuff (ps, alt, etc) still attached. Hearing it run would be a real value, but I might come back to this because it could be my best answer.
