tranny problems...could be time for a service....or could indicate a problem. how does it drive? only way to "read" a O/D light to my knowledge is a dealer. they can hook it up to the diag machine and tell ya what the EEC is trying to indicate with the flashing O/D light.

only 77900 mile. Butler county ford just had the tranny out to replace the pump and sensor.
have ya checked the fluid? its so simple yet sometimes overlooked.
when did they have the tranny? id take it back and make them fix it.
(unless you're in iraq right now and its not pissible)
Nah I am back now. Just need to change my location. I will have to do that. The fluid is good. that is what I thought the problem was at first.
if they had it recently id take it back....
another thing is to check all the connecting plugs just to make sure one isnt loose or unhooked....if they did a 1/2 ass job.....otherwise ya need to contact them and get it resolved.... if its not a connector, fluid, then its most likely internal.
I will have to look around. More than likley they did shotty work. they are ass bags up there.
