FS Tow Van or work Van? 2002 4.3 Savannah

2002 Chevy Savannah. 4.3, high miles (160k). Runs good. Was a conversion van, seats have been removed and van has been used as a work van. No rust issues. 3/15 inspection. Just put 700 bucks into it.
