so all of those engine mods are for the 2015? i thought that i read it was the same power output as the 13-14? if it is up around 440 i might be tempted...

Yes the 2015 is supposed to be similar to the 2014 BOSS motor. The forged rods has my attention as that is a weak point of the 2011-2014 in boosted applications. I am hoping the address the oil pump gears.Originally Posted by whitesnake

Bama had nothing to d with except for the video and writing the check. They hired Justin of JPC to drive it, the car was built by JPC and they hired Kevin MacDonald to tune it at JPC on their dyno.....hell it's not even on a sct tune like the video claims they used Diablo, hptuners, and sct to get these results. Chris Rose of Bama admitted that this whole crew was at SEMA when this happened....only a few were at the track to film it.
so hats off to JPC and Kevin Mac!!!!

That engine sounds promising. I hope the tranny and new IRS are strong enough to keep up with the power the engine will be able to withstand. I might pick up a comp orange a year or two after they debut.
